Principal:

Rob Harris, President of Coastline Training and Development, Inc., has over twenty-five years experience in leadership development and human performance improvement. He taught leadership from first-line to senior levels during his military career. Since retiring from military service he has worked to advance entry-level employability skills with secondary school systems and social service organizations, to improve leadership at all levels within organizations, and to assist organizations in developing strategic outlooks.

Rob held the position of Advanced Technology Center Director and was instrumental in adding manufacturing technology as a career choice on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore. As the corporate training and organization development specialist for an electronics-manufacturing firm Rob developed training in electronics assembly, leadership, management and strategic planning.

He holds a degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa University and certificates in Organization Development, and Quality Management. He is a graduate of the prestigious United States Army Sergeants Major Academy and he possesses qualifications in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, Human Element, Strength Deployment Inventory, Dr. Thomas Gordon's Leader Effectiveness Training and others.
