They started the office with four exclusive lake listings and 2 agents. Soon, they expanded their inventory to include listings in the surrounding villages and rural properties. More agents were added and at one time there were 22. Realizing that a smaller group was more desirable Keuka Shoreline now has 12 active agents.
After two and one half years, they moved to their present location at Elm and Liberty Streets, the busiest corner in Yates County.

Steve Castner resides with his family on their working farm in Benton and is a lifelong resident of the area. Ron Miller
Ron Miller, an area native, was raised on a dairy farm but chose a career in education. He received his Bachelors of Science from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois and a Masters of Science from Elmira College. Ron has been Director of Music for Dundee Central School since 1972. The steel band, Symphonic Steel, under his direction for the last 25 years, has performed throughout the United States and Europe. Ron received his Salesperson license in 1992 and his Associate Brokers license inn 1998. One of his most unique sales was the Gorham Fire Department. Today it is home to a very successful motorcycle sales business. Ron is a consistent "Million Dollar Seller". He has a daughter and grandson in Penn Yan and a son in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ron has also directed the Presbyterian Church Choir since 1970 and has been very active as an Elder.
Susan Stork
Susan Stork, an area native, is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. She and her husband, Steve, enjoy raising their three children. Susan is active in the community at many levels. Her community involvement and strong local knowledge will help either a buyer or seller realize their dreams.
Rachel Bradley
Rachel Bradley, originally from Buffalo, is a graduate of Erie Community College. She recently moved to Yates County to work as a Registered Nurse at the local hospital. Rachel fell in love with the area and with Real Estate after her six month search for her dream home.
