Hank is the entrepreneurial heart and soul of On-Site Accounting. During his years in public accounting and financial planning he observed that many businesses had the need for reliable, high quality, internal accounting functions, but did not have the workload, or financing, to support permanent full-time employees. In 1991 he founded the company based on filling this need. Holding to the principles of attracting the highest quality associates and delivering top customer service and value, the company has built a solid niche in the Portland market.

John has held multiple professional positions for the last 25 years including 15 years as a Controller/CFO in healthcare facilities. Since 1995 he has been a financial consultant to a wide variety of public and private sector organizations. His client list includes both federal and state agencies, and firms in the manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications, food service, and software industries. He specializes in building financial models in support of executive decision making, and in support of merger and acquisitions, financing, and other strategic initiatives.

Ben has joined OSA as a contract CFO after a varied career in private industry as both a Controller and CFO. He specializes in the review of internal financial systems and creating innovative and cost effective solutions to difficult management problems. Ben has considerable audit experience, and has been instrumental in leading clients through the complex process of both preparing audit workpapers and correcting audit findings.

Cindy is a seasoned public accountant with a broad background in all aspects of audit, review, and compilation fieldwork. She also has solid experience in controllership and preparation of financial statements. Her client list includes firms in the manufacturing, logistics, and software industries. She specializes in helping clients through the complex process of audit and tax reporting as well as creating and implementing practical solutions to internal accounting issues.

Karen has many years of experience as a controller and staff accountant. She has worked in a variety of industries but has focused accounting experience in land management, construction, engineering, and retail operations. She has also specialized in both asset recovery auditing and accounting system conversions. She is adept at designing internal procedures and providing accounting training to client staffs.

Susan is an experienced controller and staff accountant with clients in both the for- profit and non-profit sectors. With a practiced eye for spotting inefficiencies, Susan has been instrumental in helping clients cope with the increased accounting demands that result from rapid growth.
