Prior to founding SSR, Mr. Wheeler was an executive at CyberGuard Corporation, a leading supplier of Firewall, VPN and IDS solutions. Mr. Wheerler's career at CyberGuard spanned 10 years of increasing responsibilities including, CFO, VP-North American Sales and most recently, VP Business Development & Major Accounts. Mr. Wheeler was a key member of the management team that in 1994 successfully spun-off CyberGuard Corporation from its then parent company, Harris Corporation. In addition to his role as CEO, Mr. Wheeler provides sales coverage for the Central US as well as national large account sales. Mr. Wheeler is also a key member of the SSR marketing and international channel teams. Mr. Wheeler received is BBA-Accounting from the University of Toledo. Mr. Wheeler works out of the SSR - Ohio offices.

Mr. Ryan has over 10 years experience in the network security market having held various positions including, international channel development, regional sales, marketing and executive sales management positions. Most recently, Mr. Ryan held the position of Vice President Network Security Product Sales with Cryptek, Inc. a leading supplier of government certified network security solutions. In addition to his role as President & COO, Mr. Ryan provides sales coverage for the US Mid-Atlantic region, Government sales and international channel development. Mr. Ryan is also a key member of the SSR large account and marketing teams. Mr. Ryan holds a BS in Computer Science along with an MBA.
Jon Edwards: Northeast Regional Sales
Mr. Edwards has held various positions in the IT industry as both a vendor and a user, most recently as area manager for EMC. Previously he was CIO at Jennison Associates Capital Corporation and has also held various sales and sales management positions at IBM and Stratus Computer. As part of the SSR team, Mr. Edwards has primary sales responsibility for the US Northeast region.
