If any term or provision of this Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term or provision, and this Agreement shall be interpreted as if such term or provision had never been contained in this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of JCC and user with respect to its subject matter.

Many of the trail maps were scanned from the Forest Preserve maps available at thepreserves.  These maps are copyright by the respective forest preserve districts. Themaps are posted here so you can see the trail before you arrive at the park. We encourageyou to print the map and bring it along to save the Forest Preserve district a littlemoney!  All other maps were sent in by users and are believed to be in the publicdomain.  If you own the copyright, please send the url of all images you own alongwith verification of the copyright (i.e. name of publication or website there from) and wewill remove them (although, if adding a link and allow us use of the images is possible,we would appreciate it!), along with our apologies.

Some of the rider submissions we're picked up from my expriences, butthe vast majority are left in the mail for me (I love email).  We believe those tohave been original submissions and, if copyrighted, will remove them at once.  Simply email abuse@jawa.org along with verification ofthe copyright (registration, publication, or website).
