Scott W. Killoh
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Haapsalu Hoteles motel baratosMr. Killoh's entrepreneurial savvy and keen understanding of product development in the software market, led him to founding Mediaspectrum to provide world-class advertising solutions to companies worldwide.

Prior to founding Mediaspectrum, Mr. Killoh was the founder of Openpages where he served as the vice president of engineering and chairman. During his tenure at Openpages Mr. Killoh raised $54 million in seed and expansion funding from top tier venture firms including Goldman Sachs and led Openpages to a market capitalization that eclipsed $190 million.

Mr. Killoh founded Openpages in 1995 when he co-developed and launched the Openpages content management system. Mr. Killoh transformed Openpages into an end-to-end enterprise solution that served Fortune 500 customers including Gannett Co., Thomson Financial Media, Knight-Ridder, and the Tribune Co. During his more than 15 years in the technology industry, Mr. Killoh's primary focus has been on product development, support and engineering.

Mr. Killoh holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Harry J. Flood
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Flood brings to Mediaspectrum more than 30 years of finance and operations leadership experience. He will play an integral role in Mediaspectrum's finance and operations activities as well as facilitate strategic business development. Throughout his career, Mr. Flood has held a number of top management positions at global organizations. Most recently, he served as CFO for the Yankee Candle Company, Inc. (NYSE: YCC), the leading designer, manufacturer, retailer, and wholesaler of premium scented candles in the U.S.

As CFO, Mr. Flood was responsible for all accounting and audit functions, banking and insurance relationships, IS development, and general management. Flood also served as a member of the executive committee where he played an integral role in the sale of Yankee Candle Co. to Forstmann, Little and Co. for over $500 million. Mr. Flood was involved with Yankee Candle Co. from its inception in 1976 through 1999.

Prior to his work with Yankee Candle Co. Mr. Flood was Controller and later became vice president of finance for the Facemate Corporation, a global manufacturer of textile mill products. During his nine years at Facemate, Mr. Flood was responsible for all financial activities as well as growing an IT department with extensive in-house software development programs.

Mr. Flood holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Peter D. Ickes

Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development

Mr. Ickes joined Mediaspectrum from The Telic Group, a Boston-based strategy and business development consulting practice.   Earlier Mr. Ickes was Chief Client Strategist at eRunway, Inc., a Westborough, Massachusetts based Indian offshore development company providing software development services. He came to eRunway from Gen3 Partners, Inc., where he served as a founding Vice President and Chief Client Officer. Prior to Gen 3, Mr. Ickes was an equity partner at Treacy & Company, developing New Economy strategies and new business opportunities in the global electronics, financial services, media and communications, and manufacturing industries.

Before Treacy & Company, Mr. Ickes served as Senior Manager for Braxton Associates/ Deloitte Consulting Group, where he was the senior competitive and growth strategist responsible for the sale, direction and delivery of multiple engagements to large international and domestic clients. He is the former Director of Technology at Cowles Media Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and was an early member of Integrated Systems Services Company, the IT services and outsourcing organization that became IBM's Global Services.  

Mr. Ickes also has extensive experience in the computer industry where he had concurrent responsibilities for the development of new hardware and software technologies as well as their go-to-market strategies.

Mr. Ickes has an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, strategic planning emphasis, an M.F.A. from Temple University and an A.B. from Dartmouth College.  

David A. Soli
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Soli holds over two decades of experience in the software industry. During this time he has performed all roles relevant to the specification, design, development, and support of software systems.

Mr. Soli, brings to Mediaspectrum years of operations leadership experience and will play an integral role in Mediaspectrum's operations activities as well as facilitate strategic business development. Throughout his career, Mr. Soli has held a number of management positions at enterprise software and outsourced services companies. Having a background that combines product management, development management, general management, and the ability to manage large engineering groups, Mr. Soli lends his experience and leadership to the development of Mediaspectrum world-class solutions.

Prior to joining Vensure, Mr. Soli served as Director of Strategic Operations for Openpages, and industry-leading provider of content management solutions for the media and publishing industry.

Christopher G. Prinos
Vice President of Marketing

As vice president of marketing, Christopher Prinos is responsible for driving the worldwide development, planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for Mediaspectrum.

Manchester luxury hotelsPrior to joining Mediaspectrum, Christopher was director of marketing communications for Openpages, a leading provider of content management solutions for the media and publishing industry. In the late 90's, as the founding VP of Marketing he was instrumental in expanding marketing initiatives as the company grew from 25 to over 300 employees within two years. Earlier, Prinos held product and marketing management positions for the University of Massachusetts at Amherst working under the Office of the President's Internet Business Group and was responsible for the development of the first online application for the University.

Christopher holds a B.A. in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachussets at Amherst.
