There were no falls (except for one in the closing number - more on that in a minute). Everyone seemed to be really on and hitting almost everything.
Let's see, at the start of the show Jesse and I were on "animal print lookout". At first sight on "the" shirt it was difficult to actually see the print design (we were in the corner in row 9). But once the spotlight was on, it was definitely an interesting shirt! Todd did the One Week opening which was great.
Pity the Child was good. His spins were definitely on and seemed to me that he hit all of his jumps too. Although this program hasn't quite grown on me totally yet, it's getting there. But I'm ready for Todd to do something a little more fast paced.
Anyway, I really enjoyed the closing number and Todd looked to be having a great time. He was really hamming it up with the other skaters and getting into the swing action.
Overall it was great show. I was especially happy for Nicole and Oksana who really seemed pleased with their clean performances. | |
