Disappearing Inc. and ZANTAZ Form Strategic Alliance To Offer New Email Archiving and Policy Management Solutions To Enterprise Customers

Alliance Creates Email Retention Service by Combining ZANTAZ Digital Safe Archiving Solutions and Disappearing Inc.'s Policy Manager Product

San Francisco, CA and Pleasanton, CA - (May 16, 2001) Disappearing Inc., a provider of policy management systems, and ZANTAZ, the pioneer in Smart Storage Solutions for electronic messages, today announced the formation of a strategic alliance to provide a comprehensive email retention service for corporate users. The strategic alliance is designed to expand distribution of the ZANTAZ Digital Safe services and Disappearing Inc.'s Policy Manager product to new and existing customers.

Through the new alliance, Disappearing Inc. will be able to offer ZANTAZ secure, low-cost electronic archiving services to its corporate clients as a natural extension of its policy management services. For ZANTAZ, the alliance will enable the company to offer automated email retention and expiration functionality, along with its electronic message archiving services.
