Rider's Comments: This trail was recently connected to the HerrickLake Forest Preserve to the west (1.4-mile connection). Make sure you remain on theregional trail when you enter the trail behind the main barn. The nature trail has beendesignated for walking and skiing only. If the Center is not busy, stop in at the barn andask to see the horses. This is a meticulously maintained horse farm.
