MercAccess^TM

With this electronic information reporting system, you can access a comprehensive array of previous and current day account information from your personal computer. MercAccess can improve efficiency and reduce costs by automating many account management functions. You can review balances, initiate electronic ACH and wire transactions, produce checks, reconcile accounts and place stop payments on checks.

MoneyWorks^TM

MoneyWorks is an electronic information reporting service designed for smaller businesses. It enables you to access balances and detailed debit and credit information via personal computer and modem. With MoneyWorks, you also can transfer funds between accounts and initiate stop payments, ACH corporate payments, direct deposit of payroll, and tax payments.

ACH Direct Deposit

With your authorization, we can electronically transfer payments from your business disbursement account directly to the checking accounts of your payees, even if they bank at other financial institutions. ACH is most commonly used to initiate payroll direct deposit — offering employees the convenience of paychecks automatically deposited to their accounts. However, you can also use it for many other types of payments, including Federal tax payments and dividend and pension payments.

Automatic Overnight Investment

Overnight Investment maximizes corporate earnings potential by ensuring that your excess funds are fully invested at all times. It provides your company with highly effective cash management tools to automatically identify and invest the excess funds from your corporate checking accounts every day.

Lockbox Service

Lockbox Service significantly reduces the time it takes to process your incoming payments, improving cash flow and reducing internal clerical costs. Payments are directed to a designated post office box in your name and retrieved several times daily. Then checks are processed, and documentation is forwarded to you the same day electronically or by mail. You can also request electronic posting of payments to your receivables.

A ZBA maintains a zero balance at all times and is funded from a designated concentration account to cover disbursements. As disbursements occur, funds are automatically transferred from your depository accounts to the ZBA in the exact amount required.

Controlled Disbursement

Companies with large check disbursements can maximize the use of available funds by better managing those disbursements. Checks clear through a remote location to maximize float, and timely notification of check clearings eliminates the need for excess funds in the disbursement account. This service is particularly beneficial to those who must make frequent borrowing decisions but can also benefit companies in an investment position.
