This ability provides the means for corporations to extend their document retention policies to email, so they can choose which email communications should be saved as part of their permanent corporate record or expired according to predefined document retention categories (e.g., every day communications stay around 30 days, while more important records are preserved for six months).
• Low Interference Workability. Omniva Policy Manager has almost no impact on email productivity because the Omniva Policy Client integrates seamlessly with existing mail clients, and the Omniva Universal Viewer enables anyone to receive emails without needing any special software.
• Decreased Corporate Risk. By controlling email based on corporate retention policies, Omniva Policy Manager can manage and minimize email archives and ensure that once an email has expired it can never be read again.

Omniva Policy Manager Is Easy

Our technology is designed to work with existing IT infrastructures and doesn't interfere with network or mail servers. Once installed, sending Policy Email is as easy as clicking the Send button. Users simply compose a message as usual and click the "Send with Policy" button instead of the normal "Send" button to send a protected message to anyone. No special software is required to receive or read a Policy Email.
