Biography:
Dr Floyd Concern-Computers & Vocals Ibe Nez-Computers & Vocals Wu Tsi Darkmoon-Computers & Vocals Formed in 1986 by Floyd & Ibe, Wu Tsi joined in 1997. Became Diminished Responsibility in 1999. For the last 3 years we have been writing our own brand of Progressive Pop/Rock on one computer or another. Dr Floyd Concern is the main writer/vocalist. Ibe Nez & Wu Tsi Darkmoon contribute ideas, music, lyrics and vocals. The band was formed by Floyd & Ibe in 1986.
